We provide a thorough screening of every employee before we hire and put them to work.  These steps include:

  • Positive identification
  • Personal interview and evaluation
  • Clinical skills test
  • At least two favorable references
  • Verification of all current professional license and certification information
  • Current statement of wellness verified by a health professional
  • Drug screening
  • Credit history check
  • Completion of a thorough Agency orientation program
  • Confirmation of criminal background check
Many of the foregoing steps are in addition to requirements of State and Federal Licensing Guidelines.
